Road Trip to Cali!

With Las Vegas so close to California, most of us visit the state pretty regularly and for me, it was time to go back.  So I packed a bag of bikinis and we hit the road!

After a quick drive on the 15, our first stop was Dog Beach on Coronado Island in San Diego.  

What an adorable dog beach experience...time to check into the Andaz San Diego downtown, which means pics on the rooftop pool while catching up with a friend. 

Just the view from my friend's backyard, no big deal.

Can't leave town without going to Pacific Beach for a bike ride down the boardwalk.

And, of course, there's nothing wrong with a boat cruise through San Diego Bay!

It was fun catching up with my San Diego friends but we've got to press on to Orange County...Huntington Beach, here we come!  

So excited to stay at the Shorebreak Hotel, right on the Huntington Beach pier!  And could the view from our room be any more perfect?!

Pet friendly and pet approved!

With this kind of view it would be a shame not to snap some pics!

Shooting near the beach is definitely tricky and a lot of our pics lost their background.

All of this sand, beach and balmy air has been nice but I can't wait to get back to Vegas!!!
